Ψηφιακό προϊόν, παράδοση, υπαναχώρηση και παράπονα
Η VOXENNE δημιουργεί εξατομικευμένα ψηφιακά τραγούδια και βίντεο σύμφωνα με τη συμφωνημένη παραγγελία. Το ολοκληρωμένο αποτέλεσμα διατίθεται στην ιδιωτική σελίδα της παραγγελίας για αναπαραγωγή και λήψη. Η επιβεβαίωση παραλαβής δεν είναι προϋπόθεση για τη λήψη ήδη διαθέσιμων αρχείων.
Η άμεση εκτέλεση απαιτεί προηγούμενη ενεργή ρητή συγκατάθεση. Όπου το επιτρέπει το εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο, το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης χωρίς αιτία παύει μόνο όταν πληρούνται όλες οι νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένων συγκατάθεσης, ενημέρωσης και αναγνώρισης της απώλειας του δικαιώματος, έναρξης εκτέλεσης και επιβεβαίωσης σύμβασης και συγκατάθεσης σε σταθερό μέσο. Η εξατομίκευση ή η έναρξη παραγωγής από μόνες τους δεν καταργούν υποχρεωτικά δικαιώματα.
Η απλή αλλαγή γνώμης ή γούστου δεν αποτελεί ελάττωμα ούτε αυτόματο λόγο επιστροφής χρημάτων εφόσον το αποτέλεσμα πληροί την παραγγελία και το εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο. Τα νόμιμα δικαιώματα υπαναχώρησης και επιστροφής παραμένουν.
Αναφέρετε περιεχόμενο που λείπει, δεν είναι προσβάσιμο, είναι αλλοιωμένο, δεν αναπαράγεται ή δεν συμμορφώνεται μέσω της φόρμας πελάτη ή στο info@euromove.cz με αριθμό παραγγελίας και περιγραφή ελαττώματος. Αποκατάσταση, μείωση τιμής και επιστροφή διέπονται από το εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο. Η συγκατάθεση για άμεση εκτέλεση και ο αριθμός δημιουργικών αναθεωρήσεων δεν περιορίζουν δικαιώματα για ελαττώματα ή μη παράδοση.

2. Services
VOXENNE creates personalized digital content to order, including personalized songs, MP3, MP4 and, for video packages, photo processing and AI Motion. The order review states the selected product, price, currency, first song versions, included creative revisions, format and other material limitations before the customer places a binding order.
3. Order and payment
Before payment, the customer must actively accept these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and confirm the necessary rights and permissions for submitted materials. Where EU withdrawal rules apply, a separate express consent to immediate digital performance is also required. New public orders are paid through secure Stripe Checkout; the specific payment methods available are determined by Stripe based on country, device and payment-account configuration.
4. EU digital-content withdrawal
For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins if the customer has expressly agreed in advance to performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and the provider has met the other applicable legal requirements including confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Mandatory rights relating to defective or non-delivered digital content remain unaffected.
5. Production order and song approval
After payment is confirmed, VOXENNE first creates and sends the contract confirmation. Automated production begins only after that step. Two first song versions are created first. The customer listens on the private order page, chooses a preferred version and may use the creative revision rounds included in the order. For a video package, photos are uploaded only after the final song is approved. AI Motion, photo processing and final MP4 production start only after the photo upload and confirmation of the necessary photo rights.
6. Personalized Digital Content and Refunds
VOXENNE products are personalized digital products created specifically from the customer's instructions, information, preferences and submitted materials. Once individualized generation begins, the order is final and non-refundable except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law, where the ordered content is not delivered, or where it is defective. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Customer materials
The customer confirms the necessary rights and permissions for names, texts, stories, photographs, voice recordings and other materials supplied to VOXENNE. Prohibited uses include unlawful impersonation, extortion, deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized identity or voice cloning, non-consensual intimate manipulation, sexualization of minors and other unlawful content.
8. AI content
Content may be created or modified in whole or in part using artificial intelligence. Technical or machine-readable provenance markings inserted by an AI provider are not intentionally removed in the normal workflow.
9. Revisions and complaints
One submitted and successfully processed change request counts as one creative revision round. A revision may concern lyrics, musical performance, or both. A creative change request is separate from a complaint about defective or non-delivered content. Exhausting included creative revisions does not remove mandatory rights for defective or missing digital content.
10. License
Unless another license is expressly purchased, output is licensed for personal use and personal sharing. Commercial use requires an expressly agreed commercial license.
11. Promo and affiliate codes
If a valid promo or affiliate code is applied, the discount is shown before the binding order and stored with the order. An affiliate code cannot be combined with another discount unless VOXENNE expressly states otherwise. Later changes to a creator's commercial terms do not alter an existing customer order.
12. Mandatory rights and versioning
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit those rights. The exact Terms version and required confirmation text in force at checkout are retained with each order.
Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
