Produto digital, entrega, livre resolução e reclamações
A VOXENNE cria músicas e vídeos digitais personalizados de acordo com o pedido acordado. O resultado concluído fica disponível na página privada do pedido para reprodução e transferência. A confirmação de receção não é necessária para transferir ficheiros já disponibilizados.
A execução imediata exige consentimento prévio, ativo e expresso. Quando a lei aplicável o permite, o direito de livre resolução sem motivo só se extingue após o cumprimento de todas as condições legais, incluindo consentimento, informação e reconhecimento da perda do direito, início da execução e confirmação do contrato e consentimento em suporte duradouro. A personalização ou o início da produção não eliminam, por si só, direitos imperativos.
Uma simples mudança de opinião ou gosto não é um defeito nem motivo automático de reembolso se o resultado cumprir o pedido e a lei aplicável. Mantêm-se os direitos legais de livre resolução e reembolso.
Comunique conteúdos em falta, inacessíveis, danificados, impossíveis de reproduzir ou não conformes através do formulário do cliente ou info@euromove.cz, indicando o pedido e o defeito. A correção, redução do preço e reembolso seguem a lei aplicável. O consentimento à execução imediata e o número de revisões criativas não limitam os direitos por defeitos ou falta de entrega.

VOXENNE creates personalized digital content specifically from the customer's instructions and submitted materials. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the terms accepted for the order and applicable law. Where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Creative revisions are separate from claims concerning non-delivery or defective content. If a payment is refunded or charged back, any related delivery or affiliate commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under applicable law.

Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
