Produkt cyfrowy, dostarczenie, odstąpienie i reklamacje
VOXENNE tworzy spersonalizowane cyfrowe piosenki i filmy zgodnie z uzgodnionym zamówieniem. Gotowy rezultat jest dostępny do odtwarzania i pobrania na prywatnej stronie zamówienia. Potwierdzenie odbioru nie warunkuje pobrania już udostępnionych plików.
Natychmiastowe wykonanie wymaga uprzedniej aktywnej i wyraźnej zgody. Jeśli pozwala na to właściwe prawo, prawo odstąpienia bez podania przyczyny wygasa dopiero po spełnieniu wszystkich warunków ustawowych, w tym zgody, poinformowania i potwierdzenia świadomości utraty prawa, rozpoczęcia wykonania oraz potwierdzenia umowy i zgody na trwałym nośniku. Sama personalizacja lub rozpoczęcie produkcji nie znosi obowiązkowych praw konsumenta.
Sama zmiana zdania lub gustu nie jest wadą ani automatyczną podstawą zwrotu, jeśli rezultat odpowiada uzgodnionemu zamówieniu i właściwemu prawu. Ustawowe prawa odstąpienia i zwrotu pozostają zachowane.
Brakujące, niedostępne, uszkodzone, nieodtwarzalne lub niezgodne treści zgłoś przez formularz klienta albo info@euromove.cz, podając numer zamówienia i opis wady. Środki naprawcze, obniżka ceny i zwrot podlegają właściwemu prawu. Zgoda na natychmiastowe wykonanie i liczba poprawek twórczych nie ograniczają praw dotyczących wad lub niedostarczenia.

VOXENNE creates personalized digital content specifically from the customer's instructions and submitted materials. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the terms accepted for the order and applicable law. Where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Creative revisions are separate from claims concerning non-delivery or defective content. If a payment is refunded or charged back, any related delivery or affiliate commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under applicable law.

Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
