Digitaal product, levering, herroeping en klachten
VOXENNE maakt gepersonaliseerde digitale liedjes en video's volgens de afgesproken opdracht. Het voltooide resultaat is op de privébestelpagina beschikbaar om af te spelen en te downloaden. Een ontvangstbevestiging is geen voorwaarde voor het downloaden van al beschikbare bestanden.
Onmiddellijke uitvoering vereist voorafgaande actieve uitdrukkelijke toestemming. Waar het toepasselijke recht dit toestaat, vervalt het herroepingsrecht zonder reden alleen wanneer aan alle wettelijke voorwaarden is voldaan, waaronder toestemming, informatie en erkenning van het verlies van dit recht, aanvang van de uitvoering en bevestiging van overeenkomst en toestemming op een duurzame gegevensdrager. Personalisatie of productieaanvang alleen heft dwingende rechten niet op.
Alleen een verandering van mening of smaak is geen gebrek of automatische grond voor terugbetaling als het resultaat aan de opdracht en toepasselijke wet voldoet. Wettelijke herroepings- en terugbetalingsrechten blijven gelden.
Meld ontbrekende, ontoegankelijke, beschadigde, niet afspeelbare of niet-conforme inhoud via het klantformulier of info@euromove.cz, met bestelnummer en gebrek. Herstel, prijsvermindering en terugbetaling volgen het toepasselijke recht. Toestemming tot onmiddellijke uitvoering en het aantal creatieve revisies beperken rechten bij gebreken of niet-levering niet.

VOXENNE creates personalized digital content specifically from the customer's instructions and submitted materials. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the terms accepted for the order and applicable law. Where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Creative revisions are separate from claims concerning non-delivery or defective content. If a payment is refunded or charged back, any related delivery or affiliate commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under applicable law.

Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
