VOXENNE veido personalizētas digitālas dziesmas un video atbilstoši saskaņotajam pasūtījumam. Gatavais rezultāts ir pieejams privātajā pasūtījuma lapā atskaņošanai un lejupielādei. Saņemšanas apstiprinājums nav nosacījums jau pieejamu failu lejupielādei.
Tūlītējai izpildei vajadzīga iepriekšēja aktīva nepārprotama piekrišana. Ja piemērojamie tiesību akti to pieļauj, tiesības atteikties bez iemesla izbeidzas tikai pēc visu juridisko nosacījumu izpildes, tostarp piekrišanas, informēšanas un tiesību zaudēšanas atzīšanas, izpildes sākšanas un līguma un piekrišanas apstiprinājuma uz pastāvīga informācijas nesēja. Personalizācija vai ražošanas sākšana pati par sevi neatceļ obligātās tiesības.
Vienīgi domas vai gaumes maiņa nav trūkums vai automātisks pamats atmaksai, ja rezultāts atbilst pasūtījumam un piemērojamām tiesību normām. Likumiskās atteikuma un atmaksas tiesības saglabājas.
Par trūkstošu, nepieejamu, bojātu, neatskaņojamu vai neatbilstošu saturu ziņojiet klienta veidlapā vai info@euromove.cz, norādot pasūtījuma numuru un trūkumu. Novēršana, cenas samazinājums un atmaksa notiek saskaņā ar piemērojamiem tiesību aktiem. Piekrišana tūlītējai izpildei un radošo labojumu skaits neierobežo tiesības trūkumu vai nepiegādes gadījumā.

VOXENNE creates personalized digital content specifically from the customer's instructions and submitted materials. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the terms accepted for the order and applicable law. Where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Creative revisions are separate from claims concerning non-delivery or defective content. If a payment is refunded or charged back, any related delivery or affiliate commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under applicable law.

Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
