Digitalni proizvod, isporuka, raskid i reklamacije
VOXENNE izrađuje personalizirane digitalne pjesme i videozapise prema dogovorenoj narudžbi. Gotov rezultat dostupan je na privatnoj stranici narudžbe za reprodukciju i preuzimanje. Potvrda primitka nije uvjet za preuzimanje već dostupnih datoteka.
Trenutačno izvršenje zahtijeva prethodnu aktivnu izričitu suglasnost. Kada mjerodavno pravo to dopušta, pravo na jednostrani raskid bez razloga prestaje tek kad su ispunjeni svi zakonski uvjeti, uključujući suglasnost, obavijest i prihvaćanje gubitka prava, početak izvršenja te potvrdu ugovora i suglasnosti na trajnom mediju. Sama personalizacija ili početak izrade ne ukidaju obvezna prava.
Sama promjena mišljenja ili ukusa nije nedostatak niti automatski razlog za povrat ako rezultat odgovara narudžbi i mjerodavnom pravu. Zakonska prava na raskid i povrat ostaju očuvana.
Nedostajući, nedostupan, oštećen, neupotrebljiv ili neusklađen sadržaj prijavite putem korisničkog obrasca ili info@euromove.cz, uz broj narudžbe i opis nedostatka. Otklanjanje nedostataka, sniženje cijene i povrat slijede mjerodavno pravo. Suglasnost za trenutačno izvršenje i broj kreativnih izmjena ne ograničavaju prava zbog nedostataka ili neisporuke.

VOXENNE creates personalized digital content specifically from the customer's instructions and submitted materials. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the terms accepted for the order and applicable law. Where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Creative revisions are separate from claims concerning non-delivery or defective content. If a payment is refunded or charged back, any related delivery or affiliate commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under applicable law.

Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
