La création est personnalisée. Le remboursement peut être limité après le début de la production, sauf droits impératifs, défaut ou absence de livraison.
Produit numérique, livraison, rétractation et réclamations
VOXENNE crée des chansons et vidéos numériques personnalisées selon la commande convenue. Le résultat terminé est accessible sur la page privée de la commande pour lecture et téléchargement. L'accusé de réception n'est pas nécessaire pour télécharger les fichiers déjà disponibles.
L'exécution immédiate nécessite un consentement exprès préalable et actif. Lorsque la loi applicable le permet, le droit de rétractation sans motif ne prend fin que si toutes les conditions légales sont remplies : consentement préalable, information et reconnaissance de la perte de ce droit, début de l'exécution et confirmation du contrat et du consentement sur un support durable. La personnalisation ou le début de la production ne suppriment pas à eux seuls les droits impératifs.
Un simple changement d'avis ou de goût n'est pas en soi un défaut ni un motif automatique de remboursement lorsque le résultat respecte la commande et la loi applicable. Les droits légaux de rétractation et de remboursement restent préservés.
Signalez un contenu manquant, inaccessible, corrompu, illisible ou non conforme via le formulaire client ou info@euromove.cz, avec le numéro de commande et la description du défaut. Les solutions, réductions de prix et remboursements relèvent de la loi applicable. Le consentement à l'exécution immédiate et le nombre de retouches créatives ne limitent pas les droits liés aux défauts ou à la non-livraison.

VOXENNE creates personalized digital content specifically from the customer's instructions and submitted materials. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the terms accepted for the order and applicable law. Where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Creative revisions are separate from claims concerning non-delivery or defective content. If a payment is refunded or charged back, any related delivery or affiliate commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under applicable law.

Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
