Producto digital, entrega, desistimiento y reclamaciones
VOXENNE crea canciones y vídeos digitales personalizados según el encargo acordado. El resultado terminado está disponible en la página privada del pedido para reproducirlo y descargarlo. Confirmar la recepción no es un requisito para descargar archivos ya disponibles.
La ejecución inmediata requiere consentimiento expreso, activo y previo. Cuando lo permita la legislación aplicable, el derecho de desistimiento sin motivo solo se extingue al cumplirse todas las condiciones legales, incluidos consentimiento, información y reconocimiento de la pérdida del derecho, inicio de la ejecución y confirmación del contrato y consentimiento en soporte duradero. La personalización o el inicio de la producción por sí solos no eliminan derechos imperativos.
Un simple cambio de opinión o gusto no constituye un defecto ni genera automáticamente un reembolso si el resultado cumple el encargo y la legislación aplicable. Se conservan los derechos legales de desistimiento y reembolso.
Comunica contenido ausente, inaccesible, dañado, no reproducible o no conforme mediante el formulario del cliente o info@euromove.cz, indicando el pedido y el defecto. Las soluciones, reducciones del precio y reembolsos se rigen por la legislación aplicable. El consentimiento a la ejecución inmediata y el número de revisiones creativas no limitan los derechos por defectos o falta de entrega.

VOXENNE creates personalized digital content specifically from the customer's instructions and submitted materials. Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the terms accepted for the order and applicable law. Where the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Creative revisions are separate from claims concerning non-delivery or defective content. If a payment is refunded or charged back, any related delivery or affiliate commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Some jurisdictions provide rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory right available under applicable law.

Digital product, delivery, withdrawal and defect claims
VOXENNE creates personalized digital songs and videos to the agreed brief. The completed result is made available on the private order page for playback and download. Acknowledging receipt is not a condition for downloading files already made available.
Immediate performance requires the customer's prior active express consent. Where applicable law permits, the right to withdraw without giving a reason expires only when all legal conditions are met, including prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of that right, commencement of performance, and confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Personalization or starting production alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A change of mind or personal taste alone is not a defect or an automatic ground for a refund if the result meets the agreed brief and applicable legal requirements. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.
Report missing, inaccessible, corrupt, unplayable or non-conforming content through the customer form or info@euromove.cz, giving the order number and a description of the defect. Remedies, including any price reduction or refund, follow applicable law. Consent to immediate performance and the number of creative revisions do not restrict rights concerning defects or non-delivery.
