1. Data we process
Depending on the feature used, data may include name, email, country and billing information, order data, story text, names mentioned in stories, photographs, voice files, resulting MP3/MP4 files, payment metadata, customer-support and complaint communications, and technical/security logs. The Creator Program may also process an applicant's or partner's contact and public profile information, collaboration settings, referral attribution and settlement information.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Data required to create, pay for, produce and deliver an order is processed to perform a contract or take requested steps before entering into a contract. Tax, accounting and other mandatory records are processed to comply with legal obligations. Security, abuse prevention, system protection, basic operational diagnostics and the establishment or defence of legal claims may rely on the controller's legitimate interests. Marketing and public use of customer showcase material are separate and occur only on the basis of separate voluntary consent or another applicable legal basis. After a paid order is completed, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may use minimal contact data and the order reference to request authentic service feedback and a review; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving service quality and the reliability of customer-experience feedback.
3. Free lyric preview
For the free lyric preview before an order, the story and names entered by the visitor are sent once to the configured text-AI provider solely to create that preview. VOXENNE does not create an order from the preview and does not store the story or generated text in project storage. To limit abuse, only a daily counter under a rotating cryptographic fingerprint of the network address is retained; the raw IP address is not stored in that counter.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be provided to necessary hosting, email, payment, text-AI, AI-music, AI-video, storage and other technical service providers where required for the selected service. Current core service categories may include Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI or Google Gemini for text AI depending on the selected production route, ElevenLabs or Suno Platform for AI music, and Runway or Luma Dream Machine for AI video. After successful final delivery of a paid customer order, VOXENNE may use Trustpilot A/S to automate a service-review invitation. The separate technical trigger sends only the customer name, email address and VOXENNE order reference; it does not include the private customer link, story, photographs, lyrics, audio/video files, QR code or payment details. Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, appropriate international-transfer mechanisms are used, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. Information about the safeguards used can be requested via the controller contact email.
If a visitor gives voluntary consent to marketing measurement, VOXENNE may use TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API to measure visits, checkout steps and purchases associated with advertising. Advertising/event data, timestamps, IP address, User-Agent and advertising identifiers such as TikTok Click ID or TikTok browser ID may be shared with TikTok for that purpose. The browser Pixel is not loaded without marketing consent, and server-side marketing events are not sent without the same consent. VOXENNE does not send customer stories, photographs, song lyrics, email addresses, phone numbers or other creative customer inputs through this integration.
5. Retention
Incomplete or abandoned order drafts are normally cleaned after 14 days. Temporary render files and customer content are normally retained for 30 days after completion; final files may be retained longer where the customer chooses VOXENNE Archive or where longer retention is required for a complaint, dispute or legal obligation. Security logs are normally retained for 90 days. Aggregate first-party analytics data is normally retained for 180 days. Tax, accounting and related legal records are retained for the period required by law; depending on the record, this may be up to 10 years in relevant cases. Collaboration applications are retained for the time needed to handle the request and a reasonable period to document communications; active partner and settlement records are retained during the collaboration and afterwards as required for accounting and legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future without affecting prior lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority; the controller's Czech supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
7. Required and optional data; automated decisions
Without information marked as required for an order, the contract cannot be concluded or performed. Marketing, public showcase information and non-binding collaboration information beyond the necessary contact details are voluntary. VOXENNE does not use solely automated decision-making in the ordinary order flow that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a customer within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
8. AI training and marketing
VOXENNE does not use customer photographs, stories, texts or results for its own AI training or as a public marketing portfolio without a separate legal basis or separate voluntary consent where required. Marketing email is optional and separate from the order.
Privacy requests can be sent to info@euromove.cz.
8. Google Analytics 4
With separate voluntary consent, VOXENNE may use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-4KDV1BWCVN) to measure visits, traffic sources, the order journey and purchases. The external Google tag is not loaded without analytics consent. VOXENNE intentionally does not send customer stories, song lyrics, photos, email addresses or phone numbers through GA4. URLs sent to GA4 are filtered so that private order identifiers, access tokens and Stripe session IDs are excluded; ordinary campaign parameters may be retained. The purchase event is sent only from the verified return after a confirmed paid Stripe order and uses the order number as transaction_id to limit duplicates. Google may process technical device, browser and network-request data in connection with GA4 and may derive approximate location. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, applicable legal transfer mechanisms are used as required by law. Analytics consent can be changed at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.
