How production works and what happens after you order
How exactly do the order and production workflow work?+
After payment, your private order page opens immediately. VOXENNE sends the order confirmation and creates the lyrics. If you enabled AI-lyrics review, you first approve them, edit them yourself, or ask AI for a change; otherwise production continues automatically. Then you receive two song versions, choose your favourite and can use up to five revision rounds. Video-package photos are uploaded only after final song approval.
How long does production take?+
Timing depends on the package, your approvals and the availability of external AI services. Your private order page always shows the current status. Once we have a sufficient sample of real production orders, we will publish a measured typical production time rather than a marketing estimate.
Do I need my own lyrics?+
No. Your story is enough. VOXENNE creates AI-written lyrics, and you can optionally enable a review before music to approve them, edit them yourself, or ask AI for a change. If you skip review, production continues automatically. You can also provide your own complete lyrics.
Can I choose the voice, style or a duet?+
Yes. You choose the style, mood, male or female voice, duet and language preferences.
What if I do not like either music version?+
You receive two music versions to choose from and can then use up to five revision rounds. The video does not start before your final song approval.
When and how many photos do I need for the video?+
You do not upload any photos before payment. After approving the final song, upload 10–30 photos (15–25 is ideal). Choose six for 3 animated AI scenes; every uploaded photo is used in the final video.
How do I receive the finished result?+
On your private customer page and through the QR link in your email. Song includes the final MP3; the video package also includes the final MP4.
